2009 Exotic Dancer National Champions Crowned
Rachelle Laree Captures Masters Title; Christina Aguchi Tops Newcomers

The infamous Pink Pony South Club in Atlanta, Georgia hosted its annual Exotic Dancer National Championship May 28-30th 2009 . If there was a strip club built for rock stars outside Los Angeles, then the Pink Pony would be one of them! The place is beautiful and the two stories of exotic dancing was not enough to hold all that wanted a glimpse of the Exotic Dancer National Championship for 2009. This prestigious competition showcased the talents of almost 20 feature entertainers and adult film stars proudly represented by both Continental Agency and A-list Features. All were vying for the title of Exotic Dancer National Champion.

My entire crew and I had a great time all three nights at the club and were treated with that southern hospitality that you often hear about in old folklore. My promotions partner (Derek) and photographers (Ricky Rich and Charles Brasher) were given VIP treatment the entire weekend. We did not hear a bad word about the club while we were there. I had a great time catching up with old friends as well as making some new ones during our visit to Atlanta. The girls that were in the competition were all great as well and as far as I could tell, the drama that usually manifests at these things were light to non existant. We all ate well, we drank a lot,and we had a great time with everyone as it was worth the drive. Now, onto the competition!

The three-day event,which was co-hosted by Adult Star Carmen Hart and local radio personality Southside Stevie, consisted of two categories; "Newcomers" who have been featuring three years or less and the "Masters" which are established features with three or more years of experience. The preliminaries were held on Thursday and Friday where each entertainer had the chance to perform. There was fire eating, acrobatics, 7 foot rolling boulders, amazing props, pyrotechnics, water shows, world renowned pole dancing, baths in giant teacups, puppet shows, and some of the most amazing high energy dancing ever seen! Dave Michaels, of A-List features, who was there to show support for all the contestants said "I'm VERY proud of everyone and am happy to have had the opportunity to see the newer girls performing for the first time. And watch some of my Masters kicking Ass by doing what they do best!" Club owners from all over the country were in attendance to witness the 3 day festivities The contestants included: Rachelle Laree, Daisy Duxe, Claudia Monet, Christina Aguchi, Dakota, Sondra Saxon, Gia Nova, Brandi Morgan, Robyn Foxx, Angelica Wild, Shay Lynn, Kelsey Michaels, Pason, Jaded Dawn and several others.

Saturday night the top three in both divisions competed for the coveted title.

After an amazing night of shows the winners of the Exotic Dancer National Championship were:

Masters Grand Champion
Rachelle Laree: who will now have an automatic nomination for ED's Entertainer Of The Year
Daisy Duxe: 1st runner up
Claudia Monet: 2nd runner up

Newcomers Grand Champion
Christina Aguchi: who also has an automatic nomination for ED's Newcomer Of The Year
Dakota: 1st runner up
Sondra Saxon: 2nd runner up
